Born in Kyoto in 1945. As a jazz singer, he produced albums with overseas musicians in the 1970s. Later, she moved to LA and left behind works that transcended the genres of jazz, fusion, and R&B, such as "Butterfly" (1979) with Herbie Hancock (key). This album includes a cover of the dance classic "You'll Never Know" by High Gloss and the disco funk "You Take My Breath Away. In addition to dance music, there are also standards such as "Alfie" by Bacharach and "I Will Wait For You" from the movie "The Umbrellas of Cherbourg. Terumasa Hino (tp) and others also participated in the recording. (C)RS
