Description:
Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi (vocals, guitar) performed together for the first time in Japan at Fuji Rock '10. Susan, who has more experience than Derek, performed with outstanding stability and succeeded in wowing the audience at Fuji Rock, where a light rain was pouring down. In an interview during his visit to Japan, Derek had said that he would like to make an album with the two of them someday, and less than a year later, the album was released under the name "Tedeschi Trucks Band! Many of the songs on the album were co-written by the two, and most of the participating musicians are former members of Susan's band. In other words, this album was produced by the same lineup as at Fuji Rock 2010. This debut album marks the beginning of a new stage for Susan as well as Derek! SMJ
