Centered around highly polished originals, they showcase the funky blues and soul of Sil Johnson and Bobby Rush. Omar Coleman was born in Chicago in 1977. Entering the 2010s, he established a sound blending blues, funk, and soul, touring extensively across the US, Brazil, and Japan, primarily based in Chicago. He made his solo debut in 2011 with West Side Wiggle. He then signed with Delmark and released Born & Raised in 2015 and Live! At Rosa's Lounge in 2016. His 2017 album Westside Soul was highly acclaimed, and he signed with Eddie Roberts' Color Red label, part of New Mastersounds.In 2024, he released 'Strange Times' produced by Eddie and was named Best Harmonica Player by Living Blues magazine. Igor Prado is a guitarist from Brazil. His 2007 debut album 'Upsidedown' received high praise not only in South America but also from American media, leading to a contract with Delta Groove in 2010. He made his U.S. debut with the collaborative album 'Brazilian Kicks' with Linwood Slim. His 2015 album 'Way Down South' earned him a nomination for the Blues Music Awards.
