The first live album by LA's powerful female blues singer Deb Ryder, her sixth album in total! The album features 14 original numbers, including two new songs recorded at The Mint Los Angeles. The album features a lineup of top-notch musicians from the West Coast blues-rock scene, including Tony Braunagel (drums), Johnny Lee Schell (guitar), Tetsuya Nakamura (harmonica), and Jim Pugh (trombone), who have played on many classic albums. Guests include Albert Lee (guitar) and Big Lou Johnson (guitar). Deb Ryder was born in Illinois in the 70's and moved to LA where she gained experience as a blues singer at her stepfather's famous club "Topanga Corral" where she performed as an O.A. for Canned Heat, Taj Mahal, Etta James and others. After graduating from UCLA, he studied music in earnest and worked as a studio musician on TV commercials and on albums by artists of various genres. He was also selected as the lead singer for the famous "Splash" show in Las Vegas. During this time, she met and married bassist Rick Ryder.That led her back to the blues, too, and she formed Deb Ryder & the Blues Riders, which made its solo debut in 2013 with "Might Just Get Lucky"; 2015's "Let It Rain" was a charting hit in many music magazines and media; 2016's "Grit Grease & Tears" earned him a Blues Blast Music Award nomination. He has since released "Enjoy the Ride" in 2018 and "Memphis Moonlight" in 2021, and has toured at blues festivals across the US and in Europe.
