After her last album "On My Way (2022)" was highly acclaimed by the media and became her international breakthrough, this is a powerful album full of confidence. Bernard Allison, who produced the album and provided all the music, has also provided the sound, which is funkier and rockier, and her vocal potential has been maximized. This is truly the next stage! Katie Henry is a blues singer/songwriter born in rural New Jersey who began playing piano at the age of six and singing roots music. She later focused on songwriting and learned to play the guitar when she entered college. After graduation, she jumped into the New York music scene and honed her skills. In November 2018, he released his first album "High Road" as an independent production. Immediately after its release, it reached #12 on the Roots Music Report and Contemporary Blues charts and received a lot of airplay.The album received high praise from various media outlets such as Making A Scene Magazine and NME. The album was nominated for two music awards, IBMA and Blues Blast, the following year in 2019, and toured the U.S. but stopped in Corona. He then signed with RUF Records in Germany in 2021 and began work on his second album, On My Way, which was released in 2022. In the same year, he also participated in the "Blues Caravan Tour" organized by RUF Records, touring around the world.
