Description:
Jim Jarmusch, the opening film of the 72nd Cannes International Film Festival & reigning competition film maker, has finally made a zombie film. The cast includes Adam Driver, who, following "Paterson," is teaming up with Jarmusch for the third time, Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, Chloe Sevigny, Steve Buscemi, Tom Waits, Selena Gomez, Danny Glover, Iggy Pop, and Caleb Landry Jones, all of whom are regulars at the festival. Caleb Landry Jones, and others. Sheriff Robertson and Deputy Peterson, who work for a three-man police department in the rural town of Centerville, are busy dealing with the usual problems of the residents, when suddenly zombies start appearing in town and they get caught up in an unexpected situation... A zombie comedy film! The music is by Squal, an experimental rock band led by Jim Jarmusch. The score pays homage to the classic sounds of horror and science fiction, with analog synths and strange guitar sounds.
