Shappo, Kakubarism’s rising star, has demonstrated their solid talent and presence through album release tours, festivals, and event appearances. Now, they are set to release their second album—their first in about a year. With their debut appearance at “FUJIROCKFESTIVAL ’26” also confirmed, this album was produced largely with their current live support members. Continuing from their previous work, they condense diverse musical elements—including blues, country, jazz, psychedelic, and exotica—through their unique sensibility. Furthermore, while identifying as an instrumental band, this album features eight vocal tracks born from their overflowing passion, offering a glimpse into their singer-songwriter side. In addition, the album features collaborations with Neibiss and contributions from numerous guest musicians with whom they share close ties. It is a highly documentary-like work that captures the "present" of a band on the verge of a major breakthrough.
