Oasis' triumphant return to Japan after the band's big breakthrough, with a rare setlist featuring songs from the B-sides of their singles that were not included on their 1995 Morning Glory album. The album was recorded on April 27, 1996, the first day of the 2-day tour at Maine Road, the last leg of the world tour with the classic second album "(What's the Story) Morning Glory? Maine Road is the base stadium of the Manchester City soccer club, and it was the first stadium show for Oasis. The performance on the 28th was included in the film "...There and Then" (1996).(What's the Story) Morning Glory?" exploded in sales upon its release, but was not well received upon its initial release because it was less orderly than their first album, "Definitely Maybe" (1994). However, as the band went through topics such as the Britpop struggle against the backdrop of the class war with Blur, the reputation of their work also turned around. The band became bigger and bigger. While the live venues were getting bigger and bigger, the troubles within the band escalated due to the disagreement between the Gallagher brothers, Noel and Liam. The band also showed their troublemaking behavior, canceling more than 30 shows on this tour. The live performance on this day was a gorgeous one different from the usual, featuring guest players such as horns, strings, piano, harmonica, etc., depending on the song. The last song, a surprise cover of Quiet Riot's "Cum On Feel The Noize," is also extremely rare. If you are a fan of the band, this is a must have.The full choruses of "Wonderwall" and "D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman?" are not included, but this is due to the original master.
