From Madonna's 1990 "Blond Ambition World Tour", the full May 7, 1990 show at the Reunion Arena in Dallas, Texas is recorded. This was Madonna's third tour in three years, and it is remembered as the one that broke the conventional rules of live concerts and ushered in a new era. The tour followed "Like a Prayer" (1989) and "I'm Breathless" (1990), which was treated as the soundtrack to the movie "Dick Tracy," but it was more than just a popular artist, as she became an influencer who had an impact on the world at large, This tour challenged the audience with a production that had never before been attempted. Jean-Paul Gaultier's costumes included the famous conical bra top that has inspired many imitations. The theme of the tour included a challenge to taboo subjects, and a behind-the-scenes donumentary film, "In Bed With Madonna," was made, which was also a big hit. The tour began with a nine-date Japan tour on April 13, 1990, at Chiba Marine Stadium. In July, they performed 16 shows in Europe. The Dallas show was the third show of the North American leg.Although the band was also criticized for prioritizing performance and incorporating lip-sync into the vocals, the band members were extremely talented, including David Williams (g), Darryl Jones (b), Jonathan Moffett (ds), and Jai Winding (key). This is a record of a very ambitious concert that can be considered the starting point for modern stadium concert production.
