The album includes trad and original songs as well as covers by Buffy St. Mary and Leonard Cohen. The simple setting of second guitar, electric bass, banjo, harmonium, and backing vocals enhances the charm of the plaintive songs and offers a glimpse into the depths of 70s British folk music.
