Debut album by Joyous Noise, one of the leading country rock bands of the 70's in the U.S. (original release: 1971/CAPITOL RECORDS ). The album features two members of Ron Elliott's (ex-Bo Brammell's) solo album "Candlestick Makers" (1970), Mark McClure (lead vocals, guitar/one half of the LA country rock duo "Levitt & McClure," which made its album debut under Elliott's production) and Dennis "Dennis" McClure (lead vocals, guitar/one half of the LA country rock duo "Levitt & McClure" which made its album debut under Elliott's production). The band was formed by Mark McClure (lead vocals, guitar, one half of the LA country rock duo Levitt & McClure) and Dennis Dragon (drums, brother of Daryl Dragon, aka "Captain" of Captain & Tennille). Other members are Lee Montgomery (piano), Happy Smith (bass), and Lance Wakely (guitar, mouth harp).Dennis, who was also a real surfer, was involved in the surfing film soundtrack disc "Inner Most Limits of Pure Fun" (1969/Directed by Denny Arberg) with , which was formed by his surfing friends, coinciding with the group's period of activity, as well as the surfing film soundtrack disc "Inner Most Limits of Pure Fun" (1969/Directed by Denny Arberg) and surfer/musician He was also involved in Corky Carroll's first "Laid Back" (1971/under the name Corky Carroll & Friends).
