Umbrella

Description:

Tube" is the sixth single from Osaka-based visual-kei band umbrella. It contains three songs: the title track "Tube," which is written about love; "Android and Fruit," which is packed with digital sounds like never before; and "Hakoniwa," a speedy rock number that has become a standard at their live performances. This challenging and experimental album, which is filled with their desire to leave the warmth they have received from their previous work "Frontier" in a tangible form and move forward together with their fans, is one that even feels as if it has come to life. The title track, "Tube," is a song about "love. It is a powerful medium-tempo song in which Yui (Vo/Gt) sings about the emotion of life being born, love budding, and the succession of these becoming a tube. It makes us think once again that the tube-like connection between the members and fans that the band Umbrella has felt in the course of its activities also all started from love. Formed on March 14, 2010. A four-piece rock band consisting of Yui on vocals, Hiiragi on guitar, Haru on bass, and Shogun on drums. With the concept of "Umbrellas for your heart," the band is active mainly in the Kansai area. With their melancholy melodies, sad lyrics, and highly accomplished performance skills, they are rapidly gaining recognition as a one-of-a-kind presence in the visual scene.
