Humans have been enamored with their music, unaware that many of the artists are non-human beings. The style called "Visual Kei" was one of them. And now, the present day. Vampires gathered in Harajuku, Tokyo, Japan. Under the red moon that marks the site of "Visual Prison," an annual vampire party. Under the red moon, the vampires' abilities increase and they deploy a ward called the Prison to create a stage and mesmerize the audience with their performances. And every year on the day of the October Feast, the one who offers the most beautiful song to the Red Moon will receive a mighty power. To make their wishes come true. To show your music.
