A powerful power metal band from Brazil, one of the holy lands of metal, debuts with the name AURO CONTROL. The band is called AURO CONTROL, named after the Latin word "Auro" meaning "gold" and "Out Of Control" because of its similar pronunciation. As the band's name suggests, they are a band of golden brilliance and uncontrollable melodic speed and aggression, showing the world their out-of-the-box potential in their debut album. The core of the band is vocalist Lucas de Ouro, who cites as influences Andre Matos and Edu Falaschi, former members of his hometown band ANGRA, as well as Jeff Scott Thought and Jeff Tate. Other members of the band include Lucas Bernery (G), who is the band's main composer, Thiago Baumgarten (B), who also plays in HIBRIA, Diego Peiris (G), and David Britt (Ds). Even more noteworthy are the splendid guests who contribute to the completeness of this album.Lucas de Ouro collaborated with his beloved Jeff Scott Thought on "Not Alone," and Felipe Andreoli, currently of ANGRA, joined on "The Harp. Former ANGRA drummer Achilles Priester joins on "Rise Of The Phoenix". The album features Fabio Laguna on keyboards on all songs, as well as many other stars of the Brazilian metal scene.
