DOKKEN, a leading LA metal band led by Don Dokken, has completed its latest studio album, the first in 11 years since their last album "Broken Bones" (2012), and much anticipated by fans. Although the band has gone through a period of breakup, this new album has been attracting a lot of attention from fans all over the world, as it is the newest work by a band that has received enthusiastic support from metal fans in Japan and around the world for more than 40 years since their debut in 1981. As mentioned above, although there has been a long interval since the last album, the band released "The Lost Songs: 1978-1981," a collection of rare tracks from before and after their debut, in 2020 as a gift to fans waiting for the new album. The album includes material by George Lynch and Foan Crouché, who joined RATT after leaving the band in its early years, and is still fresh in the memory of the band's core fans.The new album, long-awaited by fans, is produced by the band's recent steadfast members: John Levin on guitar, who has been a member of the band for 20 years, including Don, Chris McCarville on bass, and BJ Zampa on drums. The style of the album is a combination of aggressive heaviness and melody with technical and flashy guitars on top of it, and you can feel a sense of unity as a band.
