This is the third album and debut in Japan of Laloux, a progressive rock/metal project led by Vivienne Laloux (Key), a Frenchman whose parents are progressive rock musicians. Vivian LaRue has been involved as a keyboardist and songwriter in progressive rock/metal works of Shadow Gallery, Lovesio della Medaglia, Hubi Meisel, and others. His last album "ATOMIC ARK" (2013 / not released in Japan) featured Simone Mularoni (G) of DGM, Mike Repondo (B) of Symphony X, Virgil Donati (Ds), Jordan Rudess (Key) of Dream Theater, Jens Johansson (Stratovarius) Jens Johansson (Key) of Stratovarius, and others. The album is based on the progressive metal lineup of their previous albums, but with a stronger emphasis on classic progressive rock, progressive hard, and progressive pop elements, with an emphasis on the vocal aspect, as well as thrilling developments with skillful performances.The vocalist is Damien Wilson, known for his work with Threshold, Rick Wakeman, Adam Wakeman, and Anthony Arjen Lukassen. Also featured on the album are Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), Jens Johansson (Stratovarius), Simon Phillips (TOTO), Steve Walsh (formerly of Kansas), Simone Mularoni (DGM), and Tony Franklin (formerly of Blue Murder). Musicians have participated as guests. Overseas, the album was released by Frontiers Reocrds, one of the largest Italian labels. The label is known for its melodic rock, and the quality of the melodies is assured. The label has also released big names in progressive rock/metal in the past, such as Yes and Ageia, and in recent years has been discovering young bands such as Turbulence and Cap Outrun.
