The long-awaited new album by bassist Hiroyuki Yamaguchi features melodies that will stay in the hearts of everyone who hears them, and sophisticated arrangements by the two-tubes. After playing in numerous bands and sessions, he is currently a regular bassist in Takaaki Miyanoue's band, Hiroshi Murata's tp & the Bop Band, and Jun Sazuma's quintet. In 2018, he released his first leader album "Inner Perception". All of the songs on this album are original compositions by Yamaguchi himself, and his composition and arrangement skills are highly regarded.The members are Hiroko Mashi (soprano saxophone), Hinata Ishii (tenor saxophone), Tomohiko Benino (piano), Tomoyuki Okabe (drums), and other talented musicians who give excellent performances that will satisfy jazz fans.
