Yuuf is an up-and-coming London-based band signed to Technicolour, a label affiliated with Ninja Tune. Yuuf is a four-piece instrumental band that is rapidly gaining a reputation for its soundscape that transcends borders and genres, blending influences from all over the world. Their music takes listeners on a meditative sonic journey, resonating with the recent direction of Ninja Tune, which has produced Glass Beams, a band that has gained popularity for its mysterious music that crosses East and West. Calm yet intoxicating, precise yet organic, this new generation band is currently the focus of much attention. This new generation band, which is currently the focus of much attention, has finally made its way to Japan. The band members come from different countries such as Switzerland, Denmark, France, and England, and their sound is inspired by classic Spanish guitar, the majestic soundscape of Americana, and the soundtracks of Studio Ghibli.In the summer of 2024, his debut EP "In The Sun" received over 1.5 million plays on Spotify and was highly acclaimed by international media including BBC 6 Music and KEXP, and in 2025 he signed with Ninja Tune's Technicolour In 2025, he signed a contract with Technicolour, a label affiliated with Ninja Tune, and released an EP, "Alma's Cove" in June and "Mt. Alma's Cove" depicts the "calm seaside tranquility" that is the opposite of the stress and anxiety of modern life, while "Mt. Sava" expresses the serenity of a starry sky far from human activity, the harshness and strength of life in the desert, and a magnificent mountain desert. These sister works can be enjoyed as a single work as well as being enjoyable to listen to and compare, and are a group of songs that most vividly demonstrate the musical core of Yuhu. This is the first CD release by Euph of the two EPs, "Alma's Cove / Mt. Sava," and it is a Japan-only release with a commentary and a special Japan-only edition. It contains a total of 11 tracks, and the contents allow you to fully enjoy Euph's world view.
