BLUSH" is the follow-up to their EP, and is a work of art that further strengthens the pulse of electronic music and the lively energy of live music, and is filled with their evolved appeal. As a key player in South London's booming indie rock scene, along with Squid, Black Midi, Black Country New Road, and others, their sound is infused with the heavy beats of industrial music, and is filled with the energy, thorny, and destructive force of industrial music. Their sound is infused with the heavy beats of industrial music, with a subversive energy, a thorny punk spirit, and a voice-laden insight conveyed through vocalist Ella's poetic lyrics.And throughout the album, one can hear the many influences they have drawn from Portishead, the PC Music label, Laurie Anderson, and the rabidly popular rave-pop duo The Pom Poms, among others. Together, Ella Harris and Josh Baxter (lead vocals, synths, guitars, and production) and drummer/percussionist Louis Satchell have crafted 11 songs that are a perfect synthesis of acid, disco, synthesizers, dance floor openness, and post-punk catharsis. The CD, which is distributed in Japan, comes with a description of the album and a booklet. The domestic distribution version of the CD includes a commentary.
