Too beautiful world of Pärt played by Lithuanian pianist born in 1996! Arvo Pärt will celebrate his 85th birthday on September 11, 2020. To celebrate the birthday of one of the most popular living composers, a young pianist, Onute Grazinite, born in 1996, his grandson, has released a collection of his works. As her name suggests, she is the younger sister of the Lithuanian female conductor Milga Grazinite-Tyra, who has been in the spotlight in recent years; she studied at the Churlionis Art School in Fabric Vilnius from the age of six and at the Hanover University of Arts with Roland Krüger from 2015. This is her debut album, and it is an excellent representation of Pärt's transparent and immaculate sound world: her 2002 concerto work "Lamentate" is a 40-minute epic in 10 parts. The clear sound of the piano, which is fashionable like a fusion, and the orchestra that creates a beautiful background are intoxicating. Most of Pärt's piano pieces are written for children, and although technically simple, they require pure sensibility. In this respect, Grazinite touches the very core of Pärt's music, and shows a level of performance that no one else can imitate.She even sang a beautiful soprano solo in "Our Father in Heaven," surpassing her sister Milga Grazinité-Thira's feat in the Weinberg recording. They are a great pair of sisters. Everything is serene and pure, perfect as background music for a healing experience. King International
