An album of four-hand piano arrangements of Grieg’s works by a piano duo from Lithuania. Vilija Poskute and Tomas Daukantas, who have been performing as a duo since 2000, studied at the Vilnius Academy of Music in Lithuania before furthering their studies in Switzerland and Germany. They have won prizes at numerous international competitions, including the Pavia International Music Competition, the Brescia International Music Competition, the Yehudi Menuhin International Music Competition, and the San Marino International Music Competition. In 2005, they won the highest honor (joint second place, with no first prize awarded) in the piano duo category at the prestigious Munich International Music Competition. Tokyo M-Plus
