Description:
The most emotional masterpiece in the history of his career! Bonobo's latest album in 5 years is here! Bonobo, who has been nominated for Grammy Awards three times, reached the Top 5 in the UK charts with his last album "Migration" (2017), reached #1 on the US Billboard Dance Albums Chart, and toured the world with 2 million people, has established himself as a top artist in both name and reality. Bonobo, who has established herself as a top artist in both name and reality, released her latest album "Fragments" on Ninja Tune, her long-awaited first album in five years. The latest album features new generation R&B singer Jamila Woods from Chicago, Japanese-American R&B singer Joji (George) from 88rising, SSW Jordan Rakai, who is highly acclaimed for his deep and beautiful voice, LA singer and multi-instrumentalist Kadia Bonay, up-and-coming singer O'Flynn (O'Flynn), and the newest member of the Bonobos. The album is the result of collaboration and experimentation between these artists and Bonobo's explosive creativity. The result is one of the most emotional masterpieces in the history of Bonobo's career, a fusion of their collaborations and Bonobo's explosive creativity. Comprised of 12 tracks, the album includes some of Bonobo's hardest and grooviest songs to date, while a few perfectly placed ballads shine through the album as if to inspire hope.Musical themes began to form as he explored modular synths, recorded with harpist Lara Somogyi, worked with Miguel Atwood Ferguson, and even played Fender Rhodes himself. The album was recorded and mixed by himself over the course of two years. On "Tides," one of the highlights featuring Jamila Woods, Bonobo herself said, "I knew that I had a centerpiece, I knew what everything was going to sound like," and the album gradually took shape around this song. He also said that working with Miguel Atwood Ferguson and actually recording in the studio with the orchestral players was a major point in the creation of the songs.
