Bryan Ferry's unique project realized his dream of creating an instrumental album by recreating the 1920s jazz he was obsessed with as a child! First reissue since its 2012 release!
The retro jazz ensemble he founded reconstructs the catalog of Roxy Music and Bryan Ferry's solo works in 1920s jazz style, creating an elegant jazz instrumental work meticulously crafted to capture the sound quality of 78 RPM SP discs. Features 13 tracks selected from 11 albums spanning his first release, Roxy Music (1972), to his most recent solo album at the time, Olympia (2010). Bryan Ferry serves as director. Vintage equipment from the studio (Bryan's private Studio One in London's Olympia district) was used to recreate the era's sound.
