It is a large-scale orchestral work with orchestra, chorus, and soloists. It was performed by the Staatskapelle Halle and the Ernst Sempf Choir under the direction of Michael Wendeberg, who is well known for his performances of contemporary music, as part of the IMPULS Festival for Contemporary Music project.
