This documentary is worth watching because it reveals Klemperer's life and the history of 20th century culture at the same time, depicted through his relationships with composers, musicians, and thinkers of his generation, such as Richard Strauss, Schoenberg, and Ernst Bloch. The Last Concert: Otto Klemperer's concert with the New Philharmonia Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall on September 26, 1971.
