A collection of opera arias played by the oboeThis is a collection of opera aria arrangements for oboe played by Clara Dent, principal oboist of the Rundfunk Symphonieorchester Berlin. Although the repertoire for oboe is relatively rich, she was searching for a special repertoire. She asked Andreas N. Tulkmann, a composer and arranger active in Germany, to arrange opera arias for the oboe. The tone of the oboe is said to be close to that of a woman's singing voice, and Tulcman's arrangement has a natural flow that makes one wonder if it was composed for the oboe from the beginning. Tulkman's arrangements are so natural that one might think that they were written for the oboe from the beginning, giving birth to a new diva. Clara Dent was born in 1973, and her father is oboe player Simon Dent. She studied at the Salzburg Mozarteum and the Munich College of Music, and made her soloist debut in 1991 at the Thessaloniki Theater in Greece. Since then, he has performed with the Munich Symphony Orchestra, the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, and others, and is the recipient of numerous awards in international competitions.In addition to being principal of the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra since 1999, he has been a guest conductor with such prestigious orchestras as the Berlin Philharmonic and the Bayerische Staatsoper Orchestra, and has worked with such renowned conductors as Mehta and Kent Nagano.
