The Popular "Historical Trombone" Series, Volume 3: Mozart and Beethoven This is the third volume in the "Historical Trombone" series. Following the Renaissance Volume (VKJK1012) and the Baroque Volume (VKJK1204), this is the Classical Volume. Mozart and Beethoven performed on historical trombones crafted in the late 18th century. Mozart’s Sonata K. 292 is often performed on the bass clarinet. Beethoven’s Seven Variations on a Theme from *The Magic Flute*, WoO 46, is also almost always performed on the cello and rarely on the trombone. The fortepiano is also an original instrument from the late 18th century, representing an attempt to faithfully recreate the sound of that era. Tobu Land System
