Description:
Zilberstein / “The Pictures at an Exhibition” “The Pictures at an Exhibition” performed by Lilia Zilberstein, winner of the 1987 Busoni International Piano Competition. She previously recorded this work for Gramophone (1993), and one is overwhelmed by her undiminished passion and power a decade later. In Rachmaninoff’s early work *Moments Musicaux*, she vividly brings to life a carefully selected palette of tonal colors.
