Feldman, Morton (1926-1987)

Description:

A 4-hour performance with no breaks, including between movements! The feeling of watching a butterfly hatching from a chrysalis without fast forwarding. This is a work that gives you the feeling of being shown the process of a butterfly hatching from a chrysalis without fast-forwarding through the images. Well done! Well done! I would like to praise the performers. Feldman (1926-1987) was a composer who invented graphic notation and wrote long pieces that took more than 80 minutes to complete. Throughout the works, the music moves along at a leisurely pace with very few sounds and a taciturn impression. Each disc is well over an hour, with only two or three tracks. To be clear, the impression is the same no matter which part of any disc you start listening to. However, if you listen closely for a while, you will notice that there is always some kind of constant change: little by little, there is a movement, then it stops, then the sound gets a little higher, then it goes back to normal, and so on.Philippe Gaston (1913-80) was a leading abstract expressionist painter from Montreal, whose paintings depict the massacre of Jews and special groups that commit atrocities. The work is based on the four notes C (C), G (G), A flat (A-flat (A-flat), and E flat (E-flat), which refers to Cage (CAGE). King International
