This is the first album by Madoka Fukami, a promising young pianist who has been highly acclaimed in France and other European countries and praised by Maria Joan Piris for her abilities. Born and raised in Kyoto, Madoka Fukami has had a special attachment to French music since she was a child, attending the Kyoto French Music Academy in junior high school, winning the Jean Francais International Music Competition while a student at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, and then going to Paris to study on her own. Madoka Fukami has a special attachment to French music. This is a masterful album that expresses the harmony of French and Japanese culture, as she continues to challenge Debussy and Ravel with her highly original and mature philosophy. Madoka Fukami was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan. After graduating from the Music High School attached to the Faculty of Music of Tokyo University of the Arts and the Faculty of Music of the same university, she received her master's degree in piano, ancient music, and chamber music from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris, where she graduated first in her class with unanimous approval from the jury. He holds a conservatoire diploma from the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris. He was also artist-in-residence at the Queen Elisabeth University of Music in Belgium for three years at the recommendation of Abdel Rahman El-Basha.In 2015, he won the fifth prize in the piano category at the Ron Thibault Crespin International Competition and was awarded the prize for best Ravel work performance. He was also a finalist in the 2017 Busoni International Competition, where he won the prize for Best Contemporary Music Work Performed.He specializes in a wide range of period repertoire and is highly acclaimed in France and other parts of Europe. She has also been praised by pianist Maria Joao Pires for her abilities, and the performance she gave with her in front of the President of Portugal, Sousa, was a great success. She has performed with the Orchestre de chambre de Paris, Orchestre National de Porto, Orchestre National de Pasdeloup, Orchestre Royal de Wallonie de Belgium, Orchestre Municipal de Bari in Italy, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, Geidai Philharmonic Orchestra, and others, with conductors Adrian Leeper, Frank Blarey, Kanako Abe, Takuo Yuasa, Tomomi Nishimoto, Kosuke Tsunoda, and others. In Japan, she received the 22nd Aoyama Music Award for Newcomers in 2012. In addition to the successful "Debussy Piano Works Complete Performance Cycle" (sponsored by Yamaha Music Japan) at the Ginza Yamaha Concert Salon, since 2015, she has been presenting the "Composers who Loved the Erard Piano" series of recitals using period instruments at the "Hirano no Iezasa Nagayamune" in Kyoto, Japan, as an annual The series has continued every year. As a collaboration with other art forms such as Noh, in 2020, he will plan, produce, and deliver "Depth of Light: Art x Piano x Contemporary Music" with artist Magon Ofune. The world premiere of Naoki Sakata's new work at the Rohm Theater Main Hall was highly acclaimed. In March 2021, he performed with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra on NHK-E Television's "Classical Music Hall. He attracted attention as the soloist in Yorinori Matsudaira's "Theme and Variations.He has studied piano with Kumiko Tsubaki, Yoko Ebisu, Yoshikun Hayashi, Asako Tamura, Hiroshi Kakuno, Seizo Azuma, Haruko Ueda, Georges Pouldermache, Marian Levitsky, Jun Kanno, Michel Beloff, Abdel Rahman El-Basha, and Maria João Pires, and fortepiano with Patrick Cohen, Studied chamber music with Itamar Golan and Kenneth Weiss.
