Koller, who said that he wanted to present his own vision of the Fantasy, read this masterpiece again and again, not taking the score away from his body for even a single moment. With the deep, long-breathed songs he inherited from Horowitz, Chorale draws the listener into Schumann's world from the very beginning of the Fantasy. While skillfully controlling the music so as not to get too absorbed in the world Schumann created, he presents excitement, passion, and love to the listener.
