Arranged by Kolyar for solo instrument and string ensemble version! Schumann's Violin Concerto and Cello Concerto. Violist Gilles Colyard, artistic director of the Chamber Orchestra of Toulouse, has arranged Schumann's Cello Concerto and Violin Concerto for solo instrument and string ensemble, respectively. The violin concerto features a performance of the playing. Kolyar has also studied playing period instruments, and his natural bowing, together with his sensuous and beautiful sound, make the piece a delight to listen to. Cellist Nadege Rocha has attended master classes with Heinrich Schiff and Anner Bylsma, and while her main genre is classical music, she is currently attracting attention for her wide repertoire of ethnic music and other repertoire.
