African electronic dance music by a group active in the Mediterranean scene! Zar Electrik is a group from Marseille, active in the Mediterranean scene. Following their first album "Hawa", which contained songs about a festive sacrament, they have released their second album "Koyo"! Zar Electrik is a group consisting of three members: Anass Zine on gumbli, oud, and guitar; Arthur Peneau on kora and percussion; and Didier Simione on synthesizer (the music is composed by producer Did Miosine). (The music is composed by producer Didier Miosine). The group mixes traditional/mystical instruments such as oud, gumbli, and kora with elements of electronic and dance music. Highly recommended for fans of exotic dance music!
