Description:
The complete works for keyboard by the genius Bezeidenhout, the child of the fortepiano, "will be a truly great collection of Mozart's works for keyboard solo" (BBC Music magazine), and other accolades worldwide. The complete works for keyboard by Bezeidenhout are now released as a 9-disc set. The fortepiano prodigy Bezeidenhout has been called "the second coming of Mozart. In this collection, his magic is still evident, and even these familiar works surprise and delight the listener with their freshness, while the famous sonatas, as well as the various variations and pieces included in this set, are played with a richly varied style. Each passage is full of lively and lovely expression, and Bezeidenhout's playing directly conveys Mozart's spark, as if the music were bubbling up right here and now. His excellent playing technique, clean and unclouded tone, and natural tempo without any unpleasantness are his unique characteristics, and this is a must-hear set with fresh and intense performance.
