This is bed's first solo release in six years since their 2018 EP "right place" and their fifth full-length album following "via nowhere" (2016). Based in Kyoto-Osaka, Japan, bed has been active since 2005, consistently pursuing guitar rock in the ever-changing indie music scene, and this long-awaited release comes as the persuasive power of their sound is gaining support across generations. The recording of this album was suspended in 2022, when the Corona disaster was still in full swing, and was reorganized and produced when live performances resumed in earnest. The recording was done in a recording camp. Under the direction of Ippei Suda (LM STUDIO), a close friend of the band, the album was completed with an emphasis on conveying the band's current sound image in a straightforward manner. Guest vocals by CARD's Hironori Nakano (M-1. Tsunagete, M-3. Such a place) and Munetakenagako of pile of hex (M-4. Silhouette, M-8. Eerie speed) add rich colors to the music. In this day and age of rapid information flow and volume, these nine songs are played with a firm will and confidence in the place where they stand, while wavering and letting the flow take over.
