The music video for (10) "In The Mean Time," which was released prior to its release, is perhaps the most notable track on the album. The theme of the song is about a "lost society" in which people are just being kept alive while their hearts are dead. The band says, "It's about the loneliness we feel, the anxiety, the depression, the destructive emotions, the pressure to not be able to make good decisions. The song is a kind of group therapy, expressing the fact that it is not easy to reset yourself once you are broken.We need to free our minds from the irredeemable and know that there is more to life," she says of the song. Guests include NEW YEARS DAY frontwoman Ash Costello, whose charismatic and powerful voice is featured on the song. Guest participation includes Randy Blythe of LAMB OF GOD on (6) "Hosting the Shadow".
