Description:

The world's long-awaited worldwide debut album by Hayato KakunoHuman Universe" is the title of the world debut album by Hayato Kakuno, who has signed a worldwide contract with Berlin-based Sony Classical for exclusive recording services. Hayato Kakuno has been interested in the universe since he was a child, and for his world debut, he has created a 16-track musical universe based on the theme of the interplay between music, the universe, and the human mind. In addition to new compositions by Kakuno himself, the album features a diverse repertoire including works by J.S. Bach, Fauré, Purcell, and Ryuichi Sakamoto. The album's central axis and one of the album's centers of gravity is "Three Nocturnes," consisting of three pieces composed by Kakuno. Each is subtitled "Pre Rain," "After Dawn," and "Once in A Blue Moon," suggesting that he was inspired by the earth's weather and the dynamics of the sun and moon. Also included is Ravel's Bolero, arranged by Kakuno himself, which was performed to great acclaim on the "KEYS" national tour in 2024.The work was originally intended to be performed by an orchestra, but Kakuno, who is a skilled musician and arranger, performs it alone, which in turn enhances the grandeur of the piece, making it a miraculous track. About this work, Hayato Kakuno said, "The starting point for the production of 'Human Universe' was to go back to the ancient correlation between art and science, and to think about the ancient concept of the universe. The ancient Greeks believed that the celestial bodies of the universe emit sound and that the entire universe creates harmony and music, the so-called 'music of the celestial spheres. I love this concept, it is very close to my own aesthetic in music, and to be able to share this album with listeners around the world is something I would not trade for anything." He added. We can't take our eyes off of "Lift Off" by Hayato Kakuno, who is active on the world stage. <In 2021, he was a semifinalist at the 18th International Chopin Piano Competition, and has received numerous other awards.Currently, while performing concerts in Japan and abroad, he also distributes videos of his compositions, arrangements, and performances on YouTube under the name "Cateen." His channel has 1.35 million subscribers and 180 million views (as of July 2024). Sony Music Inc.
