The members of SONS OF APOLLO have formed a new band after the departure of Mike Portnoy, and the band's talented and fierce members have created a new wave in the progressive metal scene! The band's name "Whom Gods Destroy" comes from the Latin proverb "Whom the Gods would destroy, they first make mad". Vocalist Dino (Dino Jelusick) is from Croatia and started his career as a singer (TV, stage, etc.) at the age of five, winning the first "Junior Eurovision Song Contest" at the age of ten. He then worked as a solo artist before joining bands and various projects since 2015. He recently played keyboards and backing vocals for Whitesnake and sang all the vocals on Michael Romeo's latest album released in 2022. Bassist Yas Nomura (Yasutaka Nomura) is an LA-based guitarist/bassist who also serves as touring guitarist for HYDE.He is also working on his own band The Resonance Project from 2019. This release includes a bonus disc of instrumental versions of the album, in a luxury media book format.
