UK indie pop band = Scouting For Girls' first original album in four years, "The Place We Used to Meet". Scouting For Girls is an indie-pop band formed in London in 2005 by three childhood friends, and their debut single "She's So Lovely" was a smash hit in 2007. Their debut album "Scouting For Girls" was released in September of the same year and debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart. From their second album "Everybody Wants To Be On TV", they released a series of hit songs including the singles "This Ain't a Love Song" and "Famous", and "Summer In The City" from their third album "The Light Between Us". In 2008, the band performed in Japan. About "The Place We Used to Meet," the band's seventh studio album in four years, the band says, "We looked back at our past work and rediscovered why we make music and why we are a band.The songwriting and recording process has been amazing, and this is our most confident album ever, with personal and emotional songs that we have never had before. We are very excited for everyone to hear it! says a member of the band.
