The Pretty Reckless, an alternative rock band led by actress and model Taylor Momsen, has released a new album "Other Worlds" featuring acoustic versions of songs from their previous album "Death by Rock and Roll". The album features acoustic versions of songs from their previous album, Death by Rock and Roll, as well as covers of songs by David Bowie, Chris Cornell, and Elvis Costello. Other Worlds" is a project album by The Pretty Reckless, an alternative rock band led by Taylor Momsen, who is also an actress and model. The album features acoustic versions of songs from the fourth album "Death by Rock and Roll" released in 2021, as well as covers of songs by David Bowie, Chris Cornell, and Elvis Costello, all of whom Taylor Momsen admires. I've been searching for a long time for a way to release songs that I love but didn't make it on the album, covers, or different versions, in a different way," says Taylor.We found a way to do it in a clear and consistent way with Other Worlds. We are a rock band, so there is a lot of electric guitar on the album, but we had been getting amazing feedback from fans about our acoustic performances, but we had never released them in a proper format. So this is a new interpretation of the traditional format of an album, but one that lays bare our essence. It hasn't had a lot of fans listening to it yet, but it's still very much us. This album is a condensed version of the essential elements that will help the band move to a new stage of their career.
