Lacuna Coil's 20th anniversary edition of "Comalies XX," a re-imagined and re-recorded version of the 2002 classic "Comalies" 20 years ago in the fall of 2002, the heavy music scene was in a state of flux. This year, on the 20th anniversary of the album's release, the band re-recorded the entirety of "Comalies" under the title "Comalies XX. This attempt was not simply to re-record the songs as they were, but to deconstruct them once and make them 2022-specific. This isn't a reboot or a spin-off or anything like that," said Kurtzman.I wanted to see how they would be refined by putting the latest dresses on them, born 20 years ago" (Cristina Scabbia). With a completely new version of the song "Tight Rope XX," which was released prior to its release, "Comalies XX" commemorates a new journey into the future.
