In addition to the latest remastering, three previously unreleased tracks have been unearthed: “Perfect Way (Version),” “Lover to Fall (12" Dance Mix),” and “Perfect Way (Perfect Way Mix).” The release also includes self-written liner notes by Green Garthside and David Gamson, who contributed to shaping the album’s sound. Fusing soulful melodies, classic arrangements, and cutting-edge lyrics, the production pushed the limits of tape-based recording technology of the time—a approach that resonates with today’s cutting-edge production techniques. This album, brimming with experimental spirit, was realized through collaborations with renowned producer Arif Mardin, AWB, Steve Ferrone (drummer for Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers), and vocalist Tawasa Aji.
