The third release in the "La Musica de España" series, which unearths music from his native Spain, is a collection of orchestral works by Joaquin Turina (1882-1949), following those of Falla and Monsalvatche! The French style, influenced by Dandy, Ravel, and Debussy, which he absorbed during his time in France, the traditional folk music of his native Andalusia, and a touch of Romanticism.
