Vagabon is a multi-instrumentalist/singer/songwriter/producer from Cameroon. With Rostam as co-producer, Vagabon has created an emotional pop album filled with euphoria and playfulness. SORRY I HAVEN'T CALLED" is the latest album created with various emotions and sounds! Analog copies will be released at the same time! VAGABON is the solo project of Laetitia Tamko, a multi-instrumentalist/singer/songwriter/producer from Cameroon, who released her debut album "INFINITE" in 2017. WORLDS", she debuted with a soulful indie rock sound that caught the attention of many early listeners. Now based in New York City, she will release her self-titled album in 2019, her first for Nonesuch Records.She has been highly acclaimed for her electronic arrangements, which are both electronic and organic, and for her skillful combination of analog and digital elements, which she has incorporated into her guitar-centric sound. She has now completed a new album. SORRY I HAVEN'T CALLED," produced with co-producer Rostam, a former member of Vampire Weekend and known as a producer for Haim and others, is a work that brings out a new side of her. While her previous album attracted attention for its electronic elements, she says that this album is her most adventurous and playful music to date. I wasn't in the mood for introspection," she says of the new album. SORRY I HAVEN'T CALLED was inspired by the death of her best friend in 2021.The 12 songs, produced mostly in Germany and finished in Los Angeles, combine dance music and bouncy pop with her signature flair, and the conversational lyrics, while lively, capture an artist who has embraced her vision and regained her joy, without making herself self-conscious.
