The Orlando Consort, founded in 1988 at the National Centre for Ancient Music in England, is a male-voice vocal quartet that has been active at the pinnacle of medieval polyphonic music, with the exquisite singing of Donald Graig, formerly of Andrew Curwood and now a member of the Tallis Scholars, supporting the lower voices. Orlando Consort's new recording is "Florentine (Florentine) Renaissance," a religious & secular program of 15th century Florence from the patronage of Cosimo de Medici in the 1430s to the Savonarola in the 1490s, singing the shifting cultural and artistic perspectives of this period The songs will be sung by Tokyo M-Plus
