Beethoven by Hewitt, Goddess of the Keyboard! Her latest work is "Waldstein"! Angela Hewitt, the goddess of the keyboard, has been attracting international attention for her spectacular concert series titled "Bach Odyssey. Hewitt's "Beethoven Piano Sonatas" on the Fazioli piano is one of the major recording projects along with "Bach Piano Works" and "Mozart Piano Concertos", and her previous work "The Tempest" (PCDA 68199) was also a "Special Recording Artists' Choice". The latest volume is a collection of recordings of the "Tempest" by the composer, who is suffering from hearing loss. The latest volume includes Op.53 and Op.54, including "No.21 "Waldstein"" dedicated to Ferdinand von Waldstein, one of Beethoven's masterpieces from the middle period when he suffered from hearing loss, as well as two pieces from his early period, Op.2-1 and Op.14-2. are included. The noble and refined tone of the famous Italian instrument Fazioli spins a supreme Waldstein. Of course, the booklet written by Hewitt himself is also a key point. Tokyo M-Plus
