The album was recorded with the 4-track recording application "PORTASTUDIO" after the 1996 classic album "ONE CHORD TO ANOTHER". The album contains 12 tracks, including "SPEND THE DAY," a song with big riffs and a melody that makes you pump your fist in the air with excitement.
