This is the 50th anniversary edition of the event, compiled from the live master recordings (6mm open reel) and re-mastered in 2024, with 36 of the 41 groups performing on 3 CDs (+ video DVD). Inspired by Woodstock, a young man in Koriyama, Fukushima, organized the "One Step Festival" over a period of four years, and Yuya Uchida and Keiichi Ishizaka produced the event in August 1974 in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture. It was Japan's first rock event and the starting point of the "One Step Festival. Bring greenery to the town! Give young people a place to play! And big dreams! From August 4 to 10, 39 Japanese musicians, as well as Yoko Ono & Plastic Ono Super Band and Kris Kristofferson & Rita Coolidge from the U.S., participated in the festival.*This is the same content as the DVD included in the "ONE STEP FESTIVAL SPECIAL BOX" (Teichiku TECS-12601) released in March 2013.
