Formed by young people who grew up in Majdal Shams, a village in the Golan Heights on the border of Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, and Syria, which has been at the mercy of the history of conflict between the Arab world and Israel, Tout Arji makes its world debut with this film. Although part of Israel, they live there and do not have Israeli citizenship or passports. When they cross the border, they need a reseh paseh = a temporary travel document issued by an international organization for humanitarian reasons, and their nationality is marked in the nationality column. The title of this work is a reflection of the idea that this is the music they will use as their nationality.
