A special version with newly recorded vocals of the classic debut solo album was released on June 21, 1978. (Saravah!) was Yukihiro Takahashi's first solo album, featuring Ryuichi Sakamoto's extravagant orchestral arrangements. This is a masterpiece among masterpieces representing Japanese city pop music, featuring top-notch musicians such as Haruomi Hosono, Tatsuro Yamashita, and Minako Yoshida, in addition to Kazuhiko Kato and Masayoshi Takanaka, who are members of Sadistic Mika Band. Ryuichi Sakamoto was involved in the arrangement of all the songs, and since computers were not yet available, all the keyboards were dubbed by hand. (C)RS
